ATTENTION ALL CAMPERS!

New York State requires that all campers' health history forms are completed and on file. All forms must be completed no later than June 30, 2020, and all participants will also be e-mailed this information as a reminder to complete this form prior to camp. For any questions regarding the health form, please contact camp medical director Jim Porcella.

Important Details

  • Check-in/out will take place at Dwyer Arena
    • Check-in: TBD, July 8th (depending on group)
    • Check-out: TBD
    • Parent pick-up: TBD at student apartments
  • Participants will receive a printed copy of their itinerary upon check-in
  • For any DAY campers in any of the camps: It is up to you when you want to drop off and pick up each day. The only requirement is that the player must first inform his group leader before being picked up
  • Early check-in: The earliest you should expect to check-in on July 8th at TBD
  • Late check-in: Please note that late check-ins are permitted. On July 8th, check-ins will be available until 10:00 pm. If after 10:00 pm, please check-in the following morning.

Each camper will receive a printed copy of their itinerary upon check-in. Itineraries will be made available by June 30th for the Q Camp.

What To Pack

  • Bed Linens will be provided - You may want to bring an extra blanket
  • Pillows
  • Extra towels
  • Hockey equipment
  • Extra skate laces & tape (there is a full-service pro shop on site.  However, we do not control their hours of business)
  • An extra stick to be used for off-ice stick-handling sessions
  • Sneakers & gym clothes for off-ice activities
  • Sun screen
  • Toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.)
  • Shower shoes / flip-flops
  • Alarm clock
  • Wrist watch
  • Note pad & pen (for lectures, 1-on-1 meeting with coaches, etc)
  • Non-perishable snacks for the dorm room (water; Gatorade; pretzels; etc) (applies to overnight boarding participants only)
