Camp Details
The Elite Combine Camp (July 9 - 12, 2020) is open to all 12U and 14U players, held at the state-of-the-art UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. Participants will experience first-hand what an NHL rookie camp entails in the modern era of professional hockey. Each player will receive both on-ice and off-ice testing, power skating instruction with an NHL skating coach, skills sessions with professional coaches and three competitive games.
Camp Details
The Elite Combine Camp (July 9 - 12, 2020) is open to all 12U and 14U players, held at the state-of-the-art UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. Participants will experience first-hand what an NHL rookie camp entails in the modern era of professional hockey. Each player will receive both on-ice and off-ice testing, power skating instruction with an NHL skating coach, skills sessions with professional coaches and three competitive games.
Camp Inclusions
- NHL on- and off-ice combine testing (with NHL staff)
- Testing results and feedback
- Four on-ice skills/practice sessions with NCAA D-I Coaches
- One power skating session with Pittsburgh Penguins coach
- One skills session with Pittsburgh Penguins Coach
- One Goalie session
- Sports nutrition presentation by UPMC physician
- Staff includes NHL, USA Hockey & LEGACY instructors
- Three full games
- Lunch daily
- Sublimated combine jersey
The Pittsburgh Elite Combine Camp is open to all '06 through '09-birth year girls. There is a maximum of 108 players (60 forwards, 36 defensemen and 12 goalies) so once the camp is full by position, players will be placed on the waiting list. LGS Hockey reserves the right to cancel a player's application if payment is not made in full by the June 1st deadline. At that time, players will be added to the showcase from the waiting list. Players who are not removed from the waiting list will be refunded all deposits and payments in full.
