The Selects Hockey Program was formed in 2003 with a simple goal; to provide top players with an opportunity to compete against, develop and play with the top teams and players in the world.
In 2010, Selects Hockey will compete in tournaments across the world and field Spring Hockey's top teams at the '94 through '97 age levels. We are committed to working with the most elite young hockey players from around the globe in their off season, and providing them with the highest level of coaching, development, education and competition extant. We stress key factors such as team play, basic hockey systems, discipline and we coach the players as they can expect to be coached when they reach higher levels of hockey. We demand character, determination and discipline from every player.
Our alumni achievements include 37 NHL Draft picks in 3 years (2007-2009), hundreds of players drafted into the CHL and over 52 players committed to NCAA hockey programs.
Selects Hockey is recognized as a "one-stop-shop" for NHL, CHL and NCAA programs alike to find tomorrow's top talent.

Selects Hockey presents a model called "Hockey Chain Development (HCD)" that offers an elite program over 4 consecutive spring/summers giving the means and opportunities young hockey players to become mature hockey prospects. This HCD concept is well illustrated in the diagram and example below showing a four-year development program.
This "Hockey Chain Development" model uses an exciting combination of hockey camps, national and international hockey tournaments. These means shown in the diagram provides opportunities for a young hockey prospect to enjoy a "rich educational-hockey environment". Selects Hockey strongly believes that the key success components of their summer program are necessary and sufficient to move a young prospect forward as a mature top hockey prospect.

Progression of 89 player Colby Cohen from Selects Hockey player to NHL prospect

Selects Hockey program has proved to be one of the best spring/summer programs for young hockey prospects since 2003. Many players growing with our program are continuously ranked in the first or second round of CHL and are top USHL, NTDP and NCAA prospects. Hockey performance results show that Selects Hockey staff work in a professional and mature environment with their players.
