» 17 players (2 G, 6 D & 9 F) will be selected directly from the tryout to participate in our first event of 2008, the 1891 World Hockey Cup - Stockholm, Sweden.
» Tryout participants will also have the opportunity to be scouted for Selects Hockey tournament teams in 2008 and beyond. Players invited to participate in the 1891 World Hockey Cup will not necessarily be invited to other tournaments throughout the year as well.
» Players invited may choose to do any/all events listed in the 2008 schedule below.

Players are selected based on their performance in three highly competitive scrimmage games. Players will be evaluated by an independent panel consisting of Selects Hockey staff, Junior level coaches and International Scouting Services scouts.

Player must be rostered and playing on a AAA winter team
